--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How have these 5 second audio ads been performing for advertisers?
- We have consistently outperformed, radio, television and paper ads plus the fact that we spider the website just like Google does, we only deliver ads that are directly related to the contextual nature of the site.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will the Pay Per Play ads be targeted to the content of my website?
- Yes, we crawl the "readable" content of your website to determine what kinds of ads to play. The ads that play are targeted to your market or niche. You can also specify keywords for the ads played on your pages.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Many people have sound turned off on their computers (especially in office environments). Advertisers will have to pay for "impressions" that no one even hears. How will Pay Per Play handle this issue?
- We understand this can be of some concern, but on it wildest day it won't even remotely compare to the click fraud that goes on the pay per click arena, we have this loss reflected in the cost of our product. However with us, in time we will be able to map out a very accurate percentage as to what that loss is, and will be able to adjust for it, and price it accordingly.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can you place Pay Per Play ads on:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How many ads are played when a visitor enters a web page with the Pay Per Play code inserted?
- Pay Per Play only serves ONE advertisement to the visitor for 5 seconds. No more ads are played to the visitor unless they refresh the page or visit another page in your website that has the Pay Per Play code inserted.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How is it that publishers get to keep 100% of their traffic (by not requiring a click)? Aren't you losing money?
- This is a common misunderstanding and this is why Pay Per Play is so revolutionary. The advertiser has paid to have a 5 second audio ad played on your website. You are paid just for the ad playing, no clicks or action from the website visitor is necessary.

We are not losing money, we actually make more because the ad is triggered on 100% of the website's traffic. In essence the website owner is then paid for 100% of their traffic.

Best of all, the visitor never leaves your website so you have the chance to monetize even more. All other forms of media require a click or some kind of action that leads people away from a website. As you can see Pay Per Play is quite different.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since website owners are PAID PER PLAY, will there ever come a time (like pop-ups or spam) that this too will be overwhelmed and overexposed and end up having more than one play per page (since more plays = more $)?
- Only one audio ad can be played per page, per visitor, If someone wants to display a pop-up that plays another audio ad then they will need to understand that annoying their visitors will drive them away.

Furthermore, we have cutting edge technology that will allow us to see if someone is abusing the Pay Per Play system. In other words a website owner who tries to get multiple plays by spamming the Pay Per Play system will find that their revenue does not increase and could ultimately lose their privilege to earn with Pay Per Play.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will there ever come a time that I AM charged for anything in the future?
- No, we will always make our money from the advertisers and then pass your share to you for helping us extend our reach. Our valuable marketing partners will never be charged a dime.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do I get to choose which ads I want to run on different pages of my website?
- Ads will be served to the pages of your website that match the content of your website. We have technology that will read the text of your web page and then find a matching audio ad to play.

You never have to worry about ads for Mary's Lingerie playing on your fishing website.

You also have the ability to set competitive filters to avoid playing ads that you feel conflict with your website.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is there a way to advertise MY OWN AD on my own site with Pay Per Play?
- If you become an advertiser and choose to serve ads to websites that are similar in content to yours then you may have your own ad play on your own website. It will also be played on websites that are similar to yours as well.

If you are interested in advertising, please contact us here.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What if I own a local franchise, that is a BIG name...
Can I participate in this for my local franchise or will the Main Company already be involved?
- The main company or brand may already be involved but you may want to advertise your ad to a specific geographic location (your home town). The Pay Per Play system will allow advertisers to choose, when, where and how they advertise. Please contact us here if you want to advertise, so we can help you get started.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How long Exactly do you think this opportunity will last?
Website owners will always be able to earn 25% by hosting the Pay Per Play code on their website(s), this will never end.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How will Pay Per Play ads affect blog submission in certain Social Networks where there are restrictions against submitting a page that plays a sound that automatically plays?
- If Pay Per Play violates the terms of service of a Social Network then do not use Pay Per Play media on your blog or don't submit your blog to social media sites who have such restrictions in place.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the compensation structure for this program?
-

25% of what the advertiser spends on Pay Per Play ads you serve on your own website(s).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since Pay Per Play will serve Ads based on crawling the content, how do I filter Ads with inappropriate or adult content?
- No hate, pornographic, or subversive ads will be played period.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm in the UK, will I be able to run Pay Per Play ads on my UK sites or will they generally be advertisers directed at the USA market?
- Anyone in the world can earn by running Pay Per Play ads. Currently only ads served in the English language are available. Make sure and place Pay Per Play ads only on English speaking websites.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will it also be possible to place Pay Per Play ads on small niche sites or will the ads be for more generic sites. If, for example, I run a site on scrapbooking, will the ads only work if there's an advertiser for crafts etc or would more generic ads run and so still earn me some income?
- You can run Pay Per Play ads on any type of site as long as the site is not pornographic, promote illegal activities or hate. Pay Per Play will try to serve niche specific ads but if one is not found it will play a general ad that would be appropriate for any niche.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will the Pay Per Play script ensure that the site's own audio does not start until the Pay Per Play ad finishes. Similarly for video and YouTube embedded videos?
- No, the Pay Per Play code will not cause your other applications to "wait" because there is no communication between the Pay Per Play code and any applications that you may have set on your website.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To be clear? Any time an audio ad is played on your website, you WILL be paid.
