Try this update:

1) Login to your Dashboard:


2) Click "Layout" tab and go to "Page Elements":



3) From the layout, click "Edit" on the last element on the page:



4) Add the online audio advertising HTML code to your blogger template:



5) Click "Save" and your advertisements will play on your blog.

For an example, I have the code at on our Online Advertising Blogspot blog.
