Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EasyPPP collects, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect from account holders

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in data, handled by our authentication provider.
• Stripe data: with your authorization, we read the Products, Prices and payment totals in your Stripe account and create Prices there. We do not receive your customers’ card numbers.
• Billing details: a payment card held by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see the full card number.
• Usage data: logs of API requests and dashboard activity, used to run and secure the service.

What we process about your customers

When your site calls our API we see the caller’s IP address and use it to work out a country and to check for VPN or hosting-provider traffic. We do not store IP addresses beyond short-lived operational logs, and we do not build profiles of your customers.

How we use data

To provide the service, calculate your bill, prevent abuse, and send you service emails. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run the service: Stripe (payments and Stripe account access), our authentication provider, and our cloud hosting provider. Each is bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We disclose data where the law requires.

Retention and security

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterwards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people who need it to operate the service.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data by emailing support@easyppp.com. Removing your Stripe connection revokes our access to your Stripe account immediately.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The dashboard uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
